Personalised Services

All of our services are tailored specifically to each customer. Every CV, cover letter and LinkedIn profile is created using the information you provide and written to suit your individual career goals.

As work begins shortly after an order is placed, refunds may not be available once the writing process has started

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If work has not yet started, we will provide a full refund.

If work has already begun, we may only be able to offer a partial refund to reflect the work completed.

If your documents have already been delivered, refunds will not normally be available.

Unlimited Revisions

All GrowMyCV packages include unlimited revisions.

If you would like any amendments to your completed documents, simply let us know. We will continue working with you until the documents accurately reflect the information you originally provided.

Unlimited revisions apply to your original order and do not cover significant new employment history, qualifications or a complete change of career direction after the first draft has been prepared.

Customer Satisfaction

Our aim is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their documents.

If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us before requesting a refund. In most cases we can resolve any issues through our revision process.

Incorrect Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring the information they provide is accurate and complete.

GrowMyCV cannot accept responsibility for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Delays

Delivery times are based on receiving all the information required to complete your order.

If additional information is requested, delivery may be delayed until it has been received.
