All documents are tailored to the information supplied by the customer.

Placing an Order

By placing an order you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
The information you provide is accurate and truthful.
You have the right to share all documents and information submitted to us.

Delivery

Our standard turnaround time is up to 48 hours from receiving all the information required to complete your order.

If additional information is needed, delivery times may be extended until this has been received.

Unlimited Revisions

All packages include unlimited revisions.

Revisions are intended to refine your completed documents based on the information originally supplied.

Unlimited revisions do not include rewriting a CV following a complete career change or the addition of significant new employment history after the original document has been completed.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate employment history.
Checking the completed documents before submitting job applications.
Informing us promptly if any amendments are required.

Payments

All payments must be made in full before work begins.

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

GrowMyCV does not store your payment card details.

Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our services, work begins shortly after your order is placed.

Interview Results

While we create high-quality professional CVs designed to maximise your opportunities, we cannot guarantee interviews, job offers or employment.

Recruitment decisions are made solely by employers.

Intellectual Property

Once payment has been received in full, ownership of the completed documents transfers to the customer.

GrowMyCV retains ownership of all website content, branding, logos and original materials.

Confidentiality

We treat all customer information as strictly confidential.

Your personal information will only be used for completing your order and providing customer support in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

GrowMyCV shall not be liable for:

Any indirect or consequential losses.
Missed employment opportunities.
Decisions made by recruiters or employers.
Losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service purchased.
